1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeeWaanAI platform, website, MCP server, and marketplace (collectively, the "Service"), operated by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Beta terms

The Service is currently in beta. During the beta period the Service is provided free of charge, and marketplace listings are in free preview. Features, limits, and certification criteria may change at any time.

Beta perks — including Pioneer badges, free Pro access, discounted commission rates, and invite allocations — are promotional benefits only. They do not constitute equity, ownership, profit-sharing rights, or any other security or financial interest in {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}.

3. Your account and API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You connect your own LLM provider accounts using your own API keys; your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for their usage costs. Pipeline runs are executed against your providers under your keys.

4. Intellectual property

Creators retain all intellectual property rights in the pipelines they create, including prompts, step definitions, and configurations. Selling or licensing a pipeline on the marketplace grants the buyer a usage right to run the pipeline; it does not transfer ownership of, or source access to, the underlying prompts.

You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: to store, encrypt, execute on your behalf, and — for marketplace listings — to evaluate your pipeline through our certification process. We do not use your prompts to train models.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; upload malicious content, including prompts designed to exfiltrate data, hijack other users' sessions, or bypass certification; attempt to identify blind reviewers or coordinate review outcomes; scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; or misrepresent certification status.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and remove listings that fail or evade certification.

6. Marketplace purchases and refunds

While listings are in free preview, no payment is taken. When paid purchases begin, the pricing, commission, and refund terms presented at checkout will apply. Certification reflects our review process at a point in time; it is not a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outputs produced by AI pipelines created by third parties.

8. Assignment

We may assign this agreement, in whole or in part, to an affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, without your consent. You may not assign this agreement without our prior written consent.

9. Changes and contact
